In an interview with French media "People" on May 6, Aguero talked about the difficult defenders he had faced in his career.

Who is the guard you least want to face?

"I'm not sure if I hate playing against him, but there is a player that makes me feel strong pressure in the competition, and that is Ramos. First of all, because the game against Real Madrid is always very difficult, and Ramos is also a very difficult defender. Although I never played against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League, we often played at Manchester City, and because I'm from Atletico Madrid, this makes the game even more intense."

The most difficult defender?

"If I were to pick one, I would say it was Pepe. He would be called 'pillo' in Argentina, and he knew when to anger you and make you lose your calmness. Another player who influenced you by not using movements but by words is David Luis, who is a very good person off the court, but on the court, he knows how to get tired of you even without physical contact. There is another guy, although he is a forward, that is Diego Costa, I played at Atletico with him, and I know him well. He is a joke guy, but on the court, he always uses small moves. If there are people like this on your team, that's a good thing because he will make your opponent feel at a loss. I'm talking about the players who are the most provoking opponents, but in fact most players will be smart on the court." Who is the best French player to work with?

"Nasri, in Europe, every locker room has its own circle, German, French, Argentinian, Brazilian... Everyone has their own personality. I would joke with everyone, and everyone would be happy to laugh with me. Except for two or three Germans or French, I got along well with them, but they were not very interested in jokes. Nasri and I fit well, so I had a good relationship with him, and he spoke very well in Spanish. On the court, almost no one could grab the ball from his feet, and if he was in good shape during training, it would be incredible. But everything about him also depends on his mentality, if he had believed at the time that he was one of the best players in the world, he could have done it. I had always had a good understanding with him, and we kept in touch. He later became a little fatter and had a small belly, but that was normal, and everyone was like this (laughing)."
