According to British media reports, International Miami from the MAF decided to give up the priority of signing Manchester City midfielder De Bruyne.

Kevin de Bruyne announced earlier that he would leave Manchester City after the contract expires this season. It is reported that the UEFA is his next destination. The UEFA team International Miami, which also owns Messi and Suarez, is interested in waving to him to form the league's strongest offensive trident, and they have the priority negotiation rights granted by the UEFA.

However, according to news from sources, International Miami has now given up this priority negotiation right and will no longer negotiate with De Bruyne's representative. If the media's earlier rumors are true, then the Chicago Flames of the UEFA League will become the most likely UEFA League team to sign De Bruyne, because they have recently sent representatives to Manchester to meet the 33-year-old Belgian midfielder.

Chicago Flames currently ranks 11th in the East Coast of the UEFA League and has signed outdated European players in the past, including former Swiss player Shaqiri.
