22-year-old Romano Floriani Mussolini made his debut in the Serie A this Saturday, helping the newly promoted Cremonese defeat Sassuolo 3-2 away, achieving two consecutive wins in the season.

The great-grandson of the Italian dictator Mussolini came on as a substitute with 8 minutes left in the game and immediately created a penalty in the penalty area. Teammate Manuel De Luca took the penalty and scored the winning goal. This victory also allowed Cremonese to temporarily top the Serie A standings.

Floriani Mussolini plays as right back and is loaned to Cremonese this season from Lazio. In the previous first round of the league against AC Milan, although he was selected for the roster, he did not get a chance to play. After the game, the young player said excitedly: "I have experienced so much in such a short time. I think I will never forget this night. I have always dreamed of making a debut in Serie A, and now my dream comes true. My goal is to make changes on the court, and I am very happy that I did it."

Floriani Mussolini was wearing the No. 22 crémonese jersey, with his name "Romano" printed on the back of the jersey. He comes from Lazio's youth training system, but has never played in Serie A for Lazio's first team. In the past two seasons, he has been loaned to Serie C Pescara and Serie B Juvestabia for training.

When joining Cremonese this summer, he said: "I came here to play football. My last name may make others care about it, but to myself, it doesn't matter."
