Turin official: Lease of Niels-Nkunku from Farge, including forced buyout option

Hupu September 1st News The Turin Club officially announced that it would introduce French left-back Niels Patrick Nkounkou on loan from Frankfurt. The contract includes the buyout option and the mandatory buyout clause under specific conditions.

Enkunku was born on November 1, 2000, in Pontoise, France. He came from Marseille youth training and made his senior debut in the reserve team in December 2017. In 2020, he joined Everton in a free transfer, and the first team played 7 times and sent 1 assist. He was then loaned to Standard Liege (25 games), Cardiff City (18 games 1 assist), and Saint-Etienne (6 goals 8 assists in 21 games).

In the summer of 2023, Nkunku joined Frankfurt and has played in the Bundesliga so far. He has played in 63 games, contributed 3 goals and 3 assists, and accumulated 16 European games experience (8 Europa League + 8 Europa League games). At the national team level, he has played for the French U21 six times and participated in the Tokyo Olympics with the French Olympic team.
