Confirmed! Exit the finals G1 and G2! Pacers first round eight pick fall
7:26pm, 4 June 2025【Basketball】
Pacers coach Carlisle confirmed that Jares Walker is unable to play in the first two games of this year's finals.
Next, the Pacers will challenge the Thunder in the away game Oklahoma City, and G1 will officially start on the 6th of this month.
Walker sprained his ankle after confronting Towns in the final match of G6 in the Eastern Conference Finals. He played in 7 minutes and scored 2 points and 1 rebound. If the injury is serious, he can even announce the end of the season in advance.
This guy is the No. 8 pick in the 23rd round. He is currently 21 years old and 2.03 meters tall. This season is his second year of NBA career. He has grown into the Pacers' main rotational insider. He has started 5 times in 75 games in the regular season, and has averaged 6.1 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game. He has scored 3 points and 1.8 rebounds so far in the playoffs. The Pacers were originally at a great disadvantage compared to the Thunder. Now that the frontcourt position has not started, there is one less rotation before the game starts, which is obviously a worse problem and has put a more severe test on them. However, being able to make it to the finals is already a success.
Pacer or Thunder? Which team do you think can reach the top?
