About joining the Guangdong Men's Basketball Team

I grew up watching Hongyuan play with my father since I was a child. I think this is a very wonderful fate. I stayed at the basketball school in Dongguan for 4 or 5 years, but I haven't seen Hongyuan's game. The only time I went to Hongyuan as a visiting team to go to Hongyuan home court. I didn't expect to come back and become my home team.

Regarding how to adapt to Guangdong Men's Basketball

Because Hongyuan's small ball system is similar to me, because when I played in the NBA and the Development League abroad, their pace was very fast, and Hongyuan's system was also very fast, and they all switched to fast breaks. I think it is a good exercise for me.

Expectations about the new season

For me, my outlook for my future is not the number three position, but the role of the second and third position swing. I consolidated all the empty cuts, breakthroughs and basic skills of the number three position in the past few years. After being injured this year, I began to think about what else I have besides explosive power and physical talent.

So I started to hone my skills to see if I could be in the second and third positions, and if possible, I worked hard to swing in the first, second and third positions to help Hu Mingxuan and Xu Jie share the pressure.
