George was slapped in the face? He publicly expressed his willingness to live a life of 76 people, but may be used as a bargaining chip to exchange for Durant or Marca

On May 20, the NBA playoffs continued. On his podcast, 76ers star George expressed his center to the team, saying he hoped he could live his life in Philadelphia. However, not long after George showed his loyalty, he was in the rumor of the 76ers' trade.

When talking about his future, George said in the podcast: "I'm just focusing on what I can focus on, and let the rest go. I'm in a new team, I'm in a new environment, and I'm trying to establish a good relationship with the guys here because I plan to be here for a long time. This is my last journey, this is my last stop, and I will make every effort to connect with the people here."

In my first season after joining the Sixers, George only made 41 appearances, averaged 32.5 minutes per game, scored 16.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 0.5 blocks, with a shooting percentage of 43%, and 35.8% from three-pointers. The 76ers were confirmed to miss this year's playoffs early, and finally achieved the third-last record in the East with only 24 wins and 58 losses.

However, although George expressed his hope to live his life in Philadelphia, he soon appeared in the transaction rumors. According to ESPN reporters Jeremy Woo and Jonathan Givony, multiple teams in the league are expected to actively seek trades this summer, including pursuing players such as Durant or Markkanen, using George and the Tienhua sign as core chips. It should be noted that the 76ers have always been positive and strong in trading, but historically, it is not common to use the top three picks as trading chips.

Do you think the 76ers should trade George to pursue other stars? Welcome to give your opinions in the comment section.
