NBA China and Chinese Basketball Association announce multi-year basketball development cooperation

On October 10, 2025, NBA China and the Chinese Basketball Association jointly announced a multi-year cooperation plan aimed at supporting the development of China's elite players, coaches and referees. The signing ceremony for this cooperation was held in Macau before the 2025 NBA China Game. Chinese Basketball Association Chairman Guo Zhenming and NBA Chairman Adam Silver attended together. NBA China and the Chinese Basketball Association will work together to carry out a number of cooperation initiatives:

•Support the development of Chinese coaches and referees through training programs in the United States, China and online.
