Sam Quinn: If you don t believe James is willing to accept the basic salary

CBS well-known reporter Sam Quinn updated several tweets about Lakers player LeBron James' recent news.

I don't understand the statement about the XX team willing to sign LeBron with the veteran's basic salary. If he really wants to accept the basic salary, why would he play for any other team outside of Cleveland?"
