May 9th news The Clippers lost to the Nuggets 3-4 in the first round of the playoffs. Team reporter Law Murray recently revealed in an interview that Brogdon may be the Clippers' goal to strengthen this summer.

LawMurray said: "I think Brogden is the Clippers' top goal... At least, they will consider it, and he meets all the requirements of the Clippers for point guards, and can shoot and have a sense of position."

Brogden played for the Wizards this season. He played in 24 games due to a sprained left ankle, averaging 12.7 points, 3.8 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game, shooting 43.3% from the field and 28.6% from three-pointers.

Brogden's contract expires this summer and his salary is $22.5 million this season.
