Ben Wallace was born on September 10, 1974 in White Hall, Alabama, USA. He participated in the NBA draft in 1996 but failed and then signed with the Washington Bullets. Daben played for Washington Bullets, Washington Wizards, Magic, Pistons, Bulls and Cavaliers in his career. In the 2003-04 season, he won the NBA championship with the Pistons, won the NBA Best Defensive Player 4 times, and was selected into the NBA All-Star lineup 4 times.
After the end of the 2011-12 season, Ben Wallace chose to retire. On January 17, 2016, the Pistons held a jersey retirement ceremony for Ben Wallace's No. 3 jersey. On May 17, 2018, the Grand Rapids Drive team affiliated to the Pistons Development League officially announced that Ben Wallace became the team's minority shareholder and consultant. On May 17, 2021, Ben Wallace was selected for the Nai Smith Basketball Celebrity Memorial. In October of the same year, Ben Wallace joined the Pistons management and became the team's operation consultant.
