Post: The success of the Bellingham brothers is due to the development plan their parents have developed for them

June 8, 2016, The Post recently talked about the successful career path of the Bellingham brothers, which they believe is attributed to the career development plan developed by their parents for the two brothers.
Bellingham, the name is now well-known in the football world. From Birmingham to the Bernabeu, the 21-year-old has completed his second season with Real Madrid, playing alongside superstars such as Mbappe and Vinicius.
After he joined Real Madrid for £88.5 million, Bellingham performed extremely well in the club and national team, and continued to become the core figure in the new England coach Tuchel's plan.
However, the Bellingham family is not just his. His younger brother Job is about to transfer to Bundesliga powerhouse Dortmund and embark on a career path similar to his older brother. What exactly makes these two brothers so similar? The brothers have always maintained a close relationship, and the family is the core of the Bellingham family. Despite the high-profile view of the brothers, their parents’ role in early years of their careers cannot be ignored.
The Bellinghams have taken their brothers to football since childhood and have always played an important role in the lives of their children. When his brother transferred to Real Madrid, his father Mark stayed at home to support Job's development, while his mother Dennis went to the Spanish capital to accompany his son.
Denis manages his son's finances so that they can focus on their football career. Bellingham even mentioned that he lives in his apartment in Madrid and his mother would help him make his bed and cook.
Mark's influence on the children is equally important, and as a former A-League striker, he played a key role in the children's growth. Mark, who played for the West Midlands Police Department, introduced football to the brothers and taught them how to improve their skills and how to deal with stress. He made 900 appearances in the non-professional league and scored 700 goals, which obviously stems from his father's influence.
Bellingham said in an interview with the FA: "We talk about football heroes, and my dad is my first hero. I will watch him play non-professional league every week. Although it is not the Premier League, I fell in love with football when I see his way of playing football and the atmosphere on the spot."
The Bellingham family always supported each other. Last November, Bellingham and his parents flew to the scene to watch Job's game on behalf of England's U21. Job also benefited from his parents’ support, just like his older brother. The transfer to Dortmund marks an important milestone in his career, with the 19-year-old Job playing in new countries and leagues to play for one of the best teams in the Bundesliga.
Job will follow in his brother's footsteps and sign with Dortmund for five years. He grew up in the Birmingham Youth Training Camp since he was a child. After entering the first team, he played 25 times for the team. Then, Sunderland signed him for less than £1.5 million, which now seems like a great deal.
Job performed well in Sunderland midfield and helped the team return to the Premier League. His performance in the Champions League won the EFL Young Player of the Year award, which was also a honor his brother received when he was in Birmingham.
