Kenny Atkinson talked about Dalius Garland's return after his toe injury after a Cavaliers' third game against the Pacers on Friday.

Cavs star guard Dalius Garland made a comeback in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals to help the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Indiana Pacers on Friday night. Head coach Kenny Atkinson praised his performance.

In the 25-minute game, Garland scored 10 points, 3 assists and 1 rebound. He made 3 of 11 shots in the game, including 2 of 7 three-pointers. It was his first game back after a toe injury and he has been out since the third game of the last series against the Miami Heat.

Atkinson reviewed the team's overwhelming victory after the game. He mentioned Garland and said Garland will continue to play with injuries and strive to have a positive impact on the team.

"To be honest, he's on the court now with an injury. He's kind of like taking it for the team. He has to overcome a lot of difficulties tonight," Atkinson said.
