Embiid: Harden is not talking to me now He may think I am responsible for his departure

July 17th, 76ers star Embiid was interviewed by ESPN and talked about his former teammates Butler and Harden. He also said that Harden will not talk to him anymore, and this is the price of being a team leader.

Embid refused to exert his influence on personnel decisions, but complained afterwards. Jimmy Butler's departure is the most obvious example. The reason he did this is due to his personal experience, and he often wondered what his fate would be if the Sixers had a well-influential star who could trade him early in his career.

"I always tell myself that I will never be the reason that causes someone to lose their jobs, get traded or get fired," Embiid said. "Don't ask me if we should sign someone or who should trade."
