November 20 News Recently, Nets player Michael Porter Jr. expressed during a show that he hopes people can stop comparing WNBA players with male players.

When talking about at what age he can beat WNBA players, Porter said: "I would probably choose eighth grade because I have real experience. My sisters played at the University of Missouri, and I was a little kid at the time. They let me join the sparring team, and there were several WNBA players on their team. Players like Sophie Cunningham and a few others. I was in about 7th and 8th grade, but I had real experience with it, and it's really a common sense issue that I wish this discussion would stop, because it's obvious and I appreciate it sometimes."
